Release from Captivity 080208
I now sleep as a free man, no longer on-call. No chance of disturbing calls –work related anyways. I can move about without worry, my plans will not be squashed.
Sure enough, Ops made torture calls last night but luckily; I went to bed early and got some sleep. As soon as I got the morning report off and updated the call-list, I visited sleep for a few more hours .
I’ve got a change to lord/satan over at 10pm tonight but this gets me a day off next week, which I think is a decent trade off considering it will be mostly waiting around.
Now the machines call someone else to say they’re broken…
